Tiffany's passion for wellness emerged from her personal health journey. In 2020, during a self-study, she realized preventable sicknesses grew in prevalence due to the population's deficit of understanding of nutrition. These findings inspired her to obtain certifications to become a professional Nutrition and Health Consultant. Tiffany's objective is to simplify nutrition to teach audiences how to live naturally and prevent disease.
