She also worked as a mobile app content writer for a digital healthcare startup, One Drop, writing diabetes prevention and heart disease content on behalf of large clients like Bayer for their employee corporate wellness programs.
- In addition to writing healthcare content, she self-published a novel called Taken Over Blue Waters in 2009 at the tender age of sixteen, still available on Amazon.com. She is currently querying agents and publishers for her latest novel, a WWII, historical fiction story about a young woman and her male friend escaping a concentration camp during The Holocaust.

She graduated cum laude from Baker College with a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and English. Because of her combined passion for human health and writing, she also has an Associates Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis on nutrition from Oakland Community College.
