Elaine has been a registered dietitian for over 15 years and has enjoyed a varied and exciting career providing inpatient and outpatient nutrition therapy in acute and long-term medical facilities, managing foodservice and clinical nutrition department at a rehabilitation hospital, working for a managed care organization, and providing assistance as a consultant for a jail, a residential home for young children, and group homes for adults. Her true passion is the creation and dissemination of health education, which she has been able to do for many years in a variety of settings. She takes great pride in being seen as a go-to for many companies and enjoys helping others and cultivating her knowledge.
