What Megan Fox's Diet Plan Really Looks Like
Actor Megan Fox may be best known for her roles in "Transformers" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." Yet her strong and fit physique may be making headlines these days — especially since she's a mother of three. And after we looked into how the model does it, it's clear she is committed to staying in headline-making shape.
Fox isn't one of those celebrities who claims to have eaten a burger before hitting the red carpet. In fact, the only burger the model would likely ever ingest would be a bunless one. "I cut out all the bread and those sorts of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy," she said to E!. "The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day."
Without carbohydrates to fill up on, Insider states Fox prefers to get her energy from salmon, Japanese food, almonds, and egg whites. She prefers to ditch the snacks and instead, eats five small meals a day.
What would Megan Fox cheat her diet on?
So committed is Machine Gun Kelly's girlfriend to her healthy eating regimen, she doesn't allow herself cheat days. "I don't have splurge foods. I either do something or I don't do it at all, and I'm doing this right now, so I have no cheat days," she says via Eat This, Not That!. "But if I was going to cheat, I would probably go with pizza or cake," she adds.
No cheating and a big fan of the blender. "Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder and a little bit of almond milk," shares her trainer, Harley Pasternak to People. Pasternak goes on to share that Fox eased right back into her pre-baby workout routine just a few weeks after giving birth.
We're impressed with Fox's commitment and healthy diet. Admittedly, no splurge foods and zero cheat days might be hard to replicate. So we're happy to let the "Jennifer's Body" star keep grabbing the headlines for now.
